It says on the number we have that it's for the Order Line. You can also ring 0800 7319731 and make an order (yes, it's part of the same group as Freemans!)

As you're looking for the Customer Services, also try ringing 0800 7319731 and ask to be put through. I was told by the operator that she would.

This is also OK for Kaleidoscope orders (before 11pm). Grin

It stops hurting when I stop banging it against the wall !!
