18185 etc now allowing access again to 03 numbers.

They have now decided to offer access again to the 03 numbering range.

I have tested it  and it does now give access again.

As they are showing UK fixed as 0.0, they are not showing 03 as "not supported", so as you have tried it and it worked, 1899 http://www.1899.com/rates.php and 1866 http://www.call18866.co.uk/rates.php have also withdrawn the "not supported" statement re 03 numbers, so can assume they are also offering access.

I would be fascinated to know what happened here, e.g. were they deemed to have broken the Ofcom rules by not offering calls to 03 numbers on the same terms as 01/02?

I emailed all 3 a few weeks ago asking why they would "not support" 03 numbers, first reply, eventually, was something along the lines of "we hope to offer them in the future", on asking again and pointing out 03 should be treated no different than 01/02 numbers under regulation I did not receive any more responses, now they are supporting them so I hope in some small way I "helped". Wink
