The quoted geo equivalent for 08459365365 is wrong.

It doesn't connect to the telephone banking platform; you get an operator/CSR.

Anyone know the true number?

The A&L contact number for 08459365365 should be 0113 2541566 which was printed in the back of my last cheque book. You don't through to the automated service though :(, but you do get to speak to one of their nice operators if you don't mind waiting 15 minutes for your "call that is important to us" to get through. ;D

I understand the A&L number 0113 254 1566 ceases to be in use from 01 May 04
