Hi all. Anyone knows the geographical number for network 3's customer service number 0870 7330 333.

Their customer service's address is 3 Customer Services,
Hutchison 3G UK Ltd, PO Box No 333, Hemel Hempstead
HP2 7YW.

Have you tried 01628 765000, listed in the database?
It is listed as the alternative for 0870 7330432, which apart from the final three digits, is the same as the 0870 that you provided.

When you do a Number Search, it doesn't look in this field. As additional associated 08xx numbers are also put in this field, you need to put the number (correct format ) in the Company Name as well, until Daniel can find a way for the Number Search to include this field also.    :-/

Just tried to call 3 mobile to check my bill and the number we have listedfor the geographical number is no longer in use., and a recorded voice tells me to call the 0870 number.
But the 0845 number still works.

I don't have one of their cellphones so can't use the free number - I have a mobile internet modem (pretty good for most uses, by the way, including outside UK, but tends to "drop the line" every so often). I had a problem two weeks ago and have twice sent "emails" through teh website without response let alone help. And I phoned the 0870 number twice for fifteen minutes before giving up

There are a number of Three [3] entries in the database. 01628 765000 is a customer services number, as is  01442 456000. They might be able to help you with your enquiry.

01628 765000 is already in the database, however we can probably get the 0870 number you mentioned added alongside for future reference. Also, thanks for confirming that 01442 456000 no longer works.

It is in fact still in service and has a recording played out when called stating that it is "no longer in service". This suggests that it still goes through to the 3 office as it did so before and is probably one of a block of numbers they have. Simply removing it from the database may mean we loose this vital clue.

Indeed, subsequent numbers answer as "3". They request payment cards ie Maestro etc.

You've been busy Dave, Another cracking set of numbers.

As an aside, to call 3 I usually use the mobile number given, and that goes straight through.

The menu on the main 0870 7330333 number has 1) Mobile services 2) Broadband services. Selecting option 2 refers to another 0870 number, so I wonder whether broadband is dealt with elsewhere or possibly by a third party provider.

Regenersis provides services to Nokia and others. Its website shows 3 is also one of its customers, although that's not to say it's for 3's broadband services. The thread for Regenersis is here.

0870 3331829 is the number I've been told to ring by customer services and I cannot find the alternative for it. I've tried every other dept to see if they can put me through to the correct but they only quote this number

Selecting the various options on the 0870 menu gets you through to the sales lines I found above (as it's the same recording saying to have debit/credit card ready and that they don't accept Solo). Please confirm that this is correct and I will add this 0870 to the existing entry for "Sales Outlet".

I think that suitable alternatives for 0870 3331829 are the "Sales" numbers I found above. They are, among others, freephone (from a landline) 0800 3586796 and 01442 456001 through to 049.

I've just noticed on my latest bill that the published number for Three (Hutchison 3G UK Ltd) has changed from 0870 733 0333 to 0843 373 3333. I don't know whether this has affected any of the geographical alternatives listed in the database, but I thought I'd flag it up here.

The 0870 number now has a recording giving the new 0843 number. I will add this new number to the database. It does not affect the alternatives that still work. 01442 456050 has the main Three menu on.  ;)

In addition to the 3-digit numbers that are free from 3 mobiles, the freephone sales numbers allow access to all the mobile services, pay as you go top-ups and mobile broadband menus for free from landlines.

+35314325020 (Irish No.) - The User that had subsribed to this service no longer does. If you wait it transfers to BT Corporate customer services but I don't know what number that replaces or how long it will last.
0141 2048674 - Connects for 5 seconds then cuts you off. Listed under 0870 7330432 in the text comments

As you can see, it's only a few months since I last updated the entries for 3. I have removed those numbers you have reported as being defunct and added two entries for Business Support which didn't feature at all previously.

The number 0870 733 0337 was listed alongside the entry with the Dublin number I removed. It answers as "3 Business Support", which would make sense as the last three digits are 337, the number that the service can be accessed on from a 3 mobile. 3 has changed its 0870 numbers to 0843 ones, and sure enough, 0843 373 3337 is also "3 Business Support", as given on the website. Thus, I have listed the alternative to these as 01442 456050.

I said that I have created two entries for 3 Business Support. The second gives the freephone number 0800 3586796 which is for sales but has an option to be put through to the normal customer services menu. This is useful for calling free from a landline.

There IS an 01 number for CS (the 333 department) but for the moment I will refrain from giving that out... however have no fear soon it will be given out...
