For all Comet stores, sorry, all I can find is an 0845 number - marginally better than an 0870 I suppose!

0845 600 7002

Good luck.

There are many numbers for Comet branches listed on the database. Having just verified a few, it seems that stores have several lines, many with sequential numbers. So if the number turns out to get you to the store, but they won't take your call, ring on a neighbouring number.  ;)

All (or nearly all) Comets are listed on this site. Just select your part of the country. Thanks go to Robin Stephens for this.  :)

In the past I've just rung a geographical number (doesn't matter if its the store you're after) and when they answered just asked which store this is and then say "I can't believe this, I've just been put through from your h/o (or c/s) and they got the wrong store.  Can you put me through to your ????? store.  thanks."

Basically, playing dumb and have them transfer me still for the price of the geographical.  I've done this for a lot of other firms as well.

As Dave said most have consecutive numbers and comet's website has the geo fax number so I just rung a few numbers each way of the fax number until I found one that answered - although sometimes I got a completely wrong number but just apologised.

It seems that Comet are following the likes of B&Q and Tesco and changing their numbers to sequential numbers. Most of the old numbers I've checked off (from the site, see my previous post) are correct.

For those that are now out of service, fear ye not! These seem to have fax numbers which end 5. Dialing the same number ending 0 gets you through to speak to someone at that branch.

If you find any numbers which don't work in the database, try this. Please let us know so we can update the numbers.
