does anyone know the Geographical Number for Blueyonder Broadband technical support? there non-geo number is 0845 142 4422

hiya

I have asked for the same number on here before. A few weeks ago I needed to call Blue Yonder Tech Help, so I asked them if they had a "normal number" I could call, they said that the 0845 is the only number that we can get them on.....I bet there is another number to call, and I'm sure someone will find it.

Yes, there will more than likely be an alternative number.

Some numbers are easier to find than others - some companies actually list the other numbers, or tell you them if you ask. Others such as this one deny all knowledge of any alternative number :(

If you have TW phone as well, and you have a fault with the service. I.e no net connection then phone faults free on 151 and choose the relevant options, or just ask to be put through to the internet department.

Also to change tv packages etc or other enquiries customer serivces are still free on 150.

just tried to help my mate out with blueyonders 0800 number, seems its changed, like the rest of em.

Has anyone had luck finding the new one?

You can try this (Telewest Office, not sure what business areas they serve) 01274 828282
