Hi, It's in the main directory of this site. Look under "s". The no. is Freefone 0800-636-262 then push option 4 I believe. Robinp

The on line business is also known as Sainsbury to you

Has anyone geographical number for this org.
They have 0845 301 2020 for food orders.
However I have bought a fridge and they give 0870 1122202. I cannot find an alternative. Having spent a lot of money with them,I refuse to call an 0870 number to discuss the order further: ie delay in delivery etc

Have you tried 0800 636262 Options: 1- Euro medals; 2- Mailshot; 3- Nectar; 4- To You; 0- Customer Care

Have just used 0500 405060 for Sainsbury's Bank Savings. It worked thank you. :) I usually use an 0845 number.

The 0845 3012020 is the number sololy for online order, 0208 7561841 is the number of a store which serve online order in middlesex ONLY, not anywhere else! It is not an alternative of the 0845 number.

I have no idea what the 0800 does, as at the time I call, the line is closed, while the 0845 is still open.

so, only the 0845 number works!
Please update the list accordingly.

Perhaps a better number is Sainsbury's head office switchboard: 020 76956000

The 0800 is the Sainsbury's helpline that is on its products. Try it when its open.
