Having some problems with this company, and was wondering if anyone had a geographical number for them?  Am in Singapore at the moment, and the 0871 number they have classes as a VERY expensive premium rate number from out here!

I have just had to call e2save about a missing cashback claim, and naturally made this site my first port of call to avoid the 0845 number.

There are 3 numbers in the database.  I tried the 01509 611818 number for customer services, and the number is not in use.

I then tried the 01509 615993 customer services number, and after a a short piece of music, customer services did answer and dealt with my enquiry with no problems. More importantly my call was answered first time at the correct department.

Therefore 01509 615993 is listed correctly, but 01509 611818 needs deleting.

Thanks once again to this site, for helping me avoid another NGN call.

Interestingly 611818 says that it does not receive incoming calls, rather than being not recognised/NU.

Update.
I called Carphone Warehouse Head Office on 020 8896 5000 which led me to an automated service. Option 6 was for One Stop Phone Shop.

I'll add this to the database.

Not sure what you mean by both. If you mean carphone warehouse, it's already listed.

I've listed One Stop Phone Shop only. I suppose i could have listed onestopphoneshop.co.uk too, but wasn't sure how to put it under the same heading as they are one and the same.

For both One Stop & for E2Save as they appear to be both the same outfit.

I've updated the entries; removed the dead numbers and replaced the 08 numbers with 0871 521 1412 and 1423.


I have also taken the opportunity to tidy up the numbers for e2save.

They are based in Loughborough and some local numbers that I've removed are:
01509 615993 recording redirects to 0871
01509 233386 temporarily out of order
01509 553080 message saying there was a call from them; doesn't allow contact to be made with them

I suspect that digging around these numbers will yield direct alternatives to the 0871 numbers, probably the same as the IVR on the 020 number directs to. Perhaps someone would like to do some work on this.

I did try 615992 and got what seems to be a number that is used which answers with a IVR.
