Hi there everyone!!!!

Can anyone out there help me with the geographic telephone number for the following:

Halifax PLC,
P.O. Box 548,
Leeds,
LS1 1WU

The telephone number I have been given is:

08457 263646

Please could someone help with a geographic telephone number ?

You can call any department at Halifax using their Switchboard number - Just ask for the savings department.

I've tried a few of the ones suggested on here and they have just given me the 08457 26 36 46 number to ring. Does anyone have any ideas on how to get through to this one to set up a reg saver account?. I looked to see if I could set it up online but they don't do that one...

As derrick pointed out in the Halifax Customer Services thread, if you visit the Halifax website, you can ask them to call you back. However, this might not always be convenient.

On the Halifax website it has contact numbers for each area, then it has a section called "International dialling":

For all product areas - 0044 1133 809 574: 24 Hours
For advice on how to use the Online Service - 0044 1133 851 888: 24 Hours

That might be worth a try - but be warned, "calls are charged at international rates"! ;)

I am having a bit of a problem with Halifax (HBOS). I don't know if this has come up before but there is a call back free facility here

Where you just type in your telephone number and they will call you back. You can time your call. I asked for an immediate call back and no sooner had I pressed 'send' the telephone rang.

Brilliant service and just thought I would let you know that it works [smiley=thumbsup.gif]
