free number provided is : 0800 220 230 (by saynoto0870)

i was wanting to know if it was possible to get the landline number for this company, as i do not have a home telephone as of yet. so im using a mobile number which still charges me with an 0800....... .

for the time being use a bt pay phone to dial the 0800 number  then you will not pay for the call untill  some one  may find the geo number   :)

We need the replacement number urgently now guys as this 0800 has just stopped working !  :-/

It may be that the line has a fault at present but we'll see what happens.

I have emailed Empire Stores asking if they can please provide a number as 'my telephone line doesn't allow me to dial 0845 and 0870 numbers'.  

You never know, it just may work!  It worked with Argos when I emailed them regarding a number for one of their stores.

Worth a stab at it.

Ashely, can I please ask where you got that number from.  It is always interesting to know where members find their information as it will help us when we are doing future searches.

Note that the 01924 743648 gives Orders, Enquiries & Customer services options, whereas 01924 818181 is mainly Customer services & Enquiries and equates to 0870 9009007.

The database has been updated accordingly with both numbers as separate entries.

by the way ppl the store direct does not exist anyone as they have been taken over by empire who are part of redcat company!

theres no fault in the line its jus that they aint takin no more callz. if u ring the empire number its the same call centre, they all trained to talk calls for:

*empire stores

*daxon

*la redoute

so if you call empire stores number and u giv your la redoute customer number, they would still deal with you call.
