Does anyone have the geographic number for 0870 442 0123 used by Wolves as their main contact number for buying tickets?

It cost me over £6 trying to buy away tickets last month, and I didn't even get through to buy them due to their policy of making you go through a menu system before cutting you off if the queue is too big! >:(

I am a Wolves supporter through & through and despite trying eveywhere cant find a landline for their ticket office. It should be a 01902 number. The non geographical number is 08704420123. Address is Moilneux Stadium, WV1 4QR. If anyone has any ideas can you please reply to this posting. Thank you [smiley=sad.gif]

The number in March 2004 is now out of date 01902 653653 since changing to 0870 tel no. - anybody with any other numbers.

A search of 192.com gives 01902 655000. This now has a network announcement with the 0870 number on. There is also a fax of 01902 687006.

The unverified database has an entry with 01902 687000.

Try numbers like 01902 6870xx.

01902 687090 appears to be a general number.

I tried 01902 687000 - unobtainable.

(141) 01902 687001 - got the Chief Executive, who said he was picking up the phone in an unoccupied area, so I took the opportunity of complaining about the 0870 number. He was very polite, pointed out that my (long distance) call was probably costing the same as calling the 0870 number (I don't know whether the unit charges would be the same, but I certainly bypassed all the time consuming menus). Unprompted, he said that local callers might have reason to be unhappy calling 0870 numbers, then he transferred me to the ticket office.

The Chief Executive quite clearly has been taken in by the spin and has not looked at pricing information. I despare when supposedly intelligent people continue the lie because they believe it because it has been told so many times.

Either that, or he is blatently lying to you.
