Do anyone know of an alternative telephone number to their 0870 0600 888 customer ordering number ?

I am not getting any responce to their e mail customer care address apart from the auto confirm. Thank you

1,000,000 thanks Pauldavidtz, it worked and I was able to speak to, and sort out the ordering prob, with a human, a very helpfull young lady, I must add, although I think she was not too pleased, keeped asking me where I got the number from but your "secret" is safe.

I've just come across the entry in the database (which I've now removed) for ASOS. The website (see here) now doesn't have a phone number for contact and it says that they prefer to be contacted by email.

However, the real reason I've stumbled across this entry is because the number, 0870 0600888, is now used by Windsor Bronzite Solicitors. I'm surprised that these numbers are recycled like this.

Hi,

After lots of searching and wrong number I finally found the switchboard number that works and spoke to a human re my order - the number is 02077561000 - and worked yesterday (13/11/07)

Also most of the numbers end up costing the same as calling the offical number!

It would appear ASOS do not give a contact number on their website as pointed out by the link bigjohn has given.
