Just found out about your website.
I've been thinking about doing this for a while.
I keep STD no's on my Database deliberately as I've known about this scam for some years.

BT were the instigators and cleverly marketed the revenue numbers many years ago.

I think it would be best, in the future to allow people to add numbers to a database.  Then people could just add to it and search it.

Were you thinking of that at some stage.

Have you checked out the Search Page where you can find an alternative number and add a new alternative number ¿?

Thanks for the suggestion. We tried keeping them on bits of paper, but also thought an online database was a better idea - a bit more accessible ¡!  :-/

The re-naming of the 'Search' button (it now reads 'Search Forums') on the blue bar is a definite improvement and should help reduce the number of, "I've tried the Search function but it didn't bring anything up" comments from new users who used to mistake that button for the 'Search to find an alternative number' button on the Home page.

Time will tell ..........
