The 0870 number covers ALL departments. You know Press '1' this, Press '2' for that. Etc.

It is mobile I need. I'll be more specific in future.

Very little information has been provided to go on, but I presume you mean Samsung Electronics. ;D

Please help us to help you by having a look at Guide to finding geographical numbers.

From the information you gave, this page gives contact information.

The switchboard number is 01932 455000. Try that, they may put you through. :)

Funny that you should say that Dave.
If you read the original request from this guy on 13th August, where he gave a lot less (how much less could he give - try NO information !!) you'll see that he never got back to us ::)

Dave: Sorry to say that you can't get to Customer Services thru the main swithchboard. I tried that last time and they just fob you off with the 0870 number. :-/

Mike: If you want to try getting further, starting from the 01932 455000 Dave supplied, try calling all the numbers from 5000 thru to 5554 (5555 is the IT Helpdesk !) :-X

Are you sure that's what you meant Mike, that appears to be 554 phone nos. you want him to call, or am I missing something.

Actually it's 553 as we've already established that 5000 (the switchboard) doesn't get you there. 5001, 5010, 5100, 5111, 5200, 5222, 5300, 5333, 5400, 5440, 5444 are also no good so there's a few free ones to start him off.

This is called Number Mapping and while not easy (it can take a while) can get you there in the end. The Lord helps those that help themselves.

Who else is gonna do it for him - YOU !??

The geographical given as Samsung Customer Services, 01952 297664, answers as some handicapped persons directory enquiry service requiring a PIN number. I don't think even Samsung would carry out that sort of deception! Customer services can still be reached through the main Samsung geographical, 01932 455000 so the database entry needs changing.

The numbers 0870 7267684 and 0845 7267684 (0870 SAMSUNG and 0845 SAMSUNG) are the same as 01932 454358 and are for all products.

00800 12263727 was for camera support only, but now redirects calls to the above 0845 number. 01932 455320 is given in the unverified listings as camera support.

Both the options for cameras on 454358 go through to hold music which isn't the same as 455320, so not sure whether this can be used.
