I am trying to look for various geographic numbers for Powergen. I have seen the ones in the verified list, however when phoning these 0800 or any other freephone numbers, you do not know where they terminate. Could it be China ??? Anyhow, I am looking for the electricity and gas sides. Is there anyone out there who can oblige ?

Most of the Powergen numbers that Age Concern uses terminate in Leicester. I've had complaints / queries from customers who have been concerned about Agent's accents. I was reminded that many of the population of Leicester have English as a second langauge!

The Powergen AGE CONCERN call centre does have an 0800 number which can be given to customers. If you need this post a request on this forum, and I look for it when I'm back at work next week.

Hi there!

Many thanks for your reply concerning Powergen AGE CONCERN. If you are able to obtain any geographic numbers for the " Powergen Age Concern "as well the
" Powergen Staywarm "section, it would be greatly appreciated. I just cannot understand, why these large utility companies cannot employ people living in this country, with English being their first language.

Welcome.We try to find Geographical numbers for people, who only have Non Geographical ones.We are not a dq service. ???

Why not try try the free dq service 0800 0192 190. Dont ask them if it is free ;) it is take my word for it.
