Hi shaunhoward,   You're going to have DaveM chasing up your proverbial!!!  Use the first Geographical Request Forum to look for alternative geo-nos. He, and other members will also need the non-geo 084/7 no. that you probably have for that co.as well as their address if you have it.

Here's the additional info. Witt International, Anchor House, Ingleby Road. Bradford BD99 2XG on 0870 060 3010.

It would have been very useful to know that they are a Mail Order company to start with. Trying to get ANY information about them has been more difficult than getting blood out of a stone !!   :-/
No references ANYWHERE on the web that I can find as they have been bought up by the Grattan group plc. and they seem to have done a good job of cleaning up !

But this Stupersleuth has found out that it's part of that lot oop thur !

You can contact them on the Grattan orderline 0800 333444. If you need Customer Services, just ask to be transferred.   ;D

The 0800 333444 does indeed take you through to the Grattan organisation but, after being transferred six times, I found no one who could take a Witt order. In fact, none of the people I talked to admitted to knowing of Witt.

In desperation, I phoned the Witt Orderline number, 0870 060 3010 and asked for a direct number. Of course they couldn't or wouldn't supply. No business for them then.

You are right with the adddress but the Freeman's people were no more helpful than Grattans earlier. They couldn't/wouldn't transfer my call.

I have done a little delving  via Google re Witt International/(UK) Ltd. (0870 060 3010)

They are also connected with Kaleidoscope Mail Order Catalogue company. Kaleidoscope are listed on this site but have a completely different non-geo number and mailing address.

During my 'investigations' it became clear thet Witt were keeping their (phone!) cards very close to their chest.

Actually it was Master Sgt Bilko, but Hey !!  :-/

As noted above, they were part of Freemans (taken over by Grattan). They can only be reached on the Sheffield number 0114 2637077, Mon-Fri, 8am-4pm.

The other 0800 numbers mentioned above go through to the Bradford order lines.

Customer services 0870 060 3020 is also in Sheffield if anyone knows the alternative please.

Witt International have a web site  www.witt-international.co.uk  The web site allows you to place an order or order a catalogue.  Unfortunately you can't access their products on line.

Parcelnet provide fulfillment services (see here) and are based in Anchor House. They have a call centres in Bradford and Sheffield.

A search of the internet suggests that other Parcelnet numbers start 01274 624xxx.
