I am looking for a geographical number for xcalibre communications.  Their website is http://www.xcalibre.co.uk and their non-geographic no. is 0870 050 0080.  Their fax number is 01506 606013 and so their geographical prefix is 01506.

I have tried Google and had no luck.

We use them for hosting our websites and would like to stop paying for this horrible 0870 number!

They've probably got many lines. With direct dialing all the extension numbers will start with the same prefix. A search of "01506 606" finds this page which mentions 01506 606028, suggesting that my hunch is right.

A stab in the dark lead me to ring 01506 606000, which appears to be what you're after. If not, try some of the following numbers starting 01506 606.

Accounts, Sales, Support and All other enquiries are on the menu at 606000. You didn't specify which dept. that you needed but I suspect that it's Support ??   ::)

Following on from Dave's work:-
To help you and as a matter of interest, you can reach them on any of the following lines - 000, 025 thru 039. So even if one's busy you have 15 others to try getting thru on (just like on the 0870 line).   ;D

They have a Premium rate support line also of 0901 0220099 which I think comes up on 019, but I will check it tomorrow during working hours and see if it does.

Xcalibre themselves gave me the 01506 606000 number when I asked for it a year or so ago. I think their reasoning behind using 0870 was due to office moves, number changes etc.
