Does anyone know the geographical phone No for Heateam which is the trading and service division of Baxi Heating UK Ltd? They are servicing Baxi and Potterton boilers.

The only phone number given out by them is 08706 096096

Their address is Brooks Hse, Coventry Rd, Warwick CV34 4LL.

I'm not sure if it'll help any but that postcode is unique (i.e. it does not relate to a series of addresses but only to one).

It 'belongs' to:

Potterton Myson Ltd

Many of the fax numbers given on their website are geographical, e.g. 01926 410006 (a Warwick number). I'd try a few numbers nearby, starting at 410000.

A Google of nearby numbers throws up some results with different companies.

Maybe that number isn't a direct dialling in number, therefore the telephone number may be completely different to the fax. :-/

Before they switched to 08706 096 096 their geographic number was 01926 496 896 but this number no longer works.

Their fax number remains unchanged: 01926 410 006.

I found the number.

The geographic number of the Baxi Potterton reception in Warwick is 01926 405 405. The extension of the Service Manager is 2219.

The published number for Baxi servicing is now 0344 871 1545, i.e. normal rate. Calls back come from 01926 405405.

Thanks for letting us know.

I took the opportunity to update the database with as many of the 0344 equivalent numbers as I could.

According to a note on the Heat Team website they are now called Baxi Customer Support. Here are the updated numbers:
