Does anyone have a geographic number for the online retailer BOL.com UK? I'm forever on hold with them.

I believe BOL.com are part of the Book Club Associates (BCA) company (which is listed in the database)

Cust Services: 01793 512100

That seems to be the old numbers, according to the Security Guard on 01793 512100, although on 01793 548100 says it's Customer services. I'll need to check that one further - it may be a divert.

The other number for them is in our database - 0207 7606900 which is the switchboard of BCA, who will transfer you 'oop North' if you ask for BOL.

When I talked to them yesterday, I was told they've closed down the other office and are now managing it from Yorkshire. ;D
