I have managed to get an alternative direct-line number to a sales consultant of this company. Does anybody know the switchboard alternative? ;)

I can give you their 0870 number from the website - 0870 7607222
I can even give you the Walker Gp switchboard (01482 586812) but that won't help with Victoria Plumb.

My information says that Victoria Plumb has an automated switchboard choice - Sales, Customer service or Technical. :-/

. . . but you never gave any number OR asked for an alternative to it !! That's my point - you gave us nothing to work with !! Try helping us to help yourself next time.

The Walker Group is the people who own Victoria Plumb and others, including Douglas James Ltd.

As I already said, VP have an automated switchboard so you were bypassing that with the Sales number you had. Now you have 5 more just in case :-/
