Does anyone have a geo number for microdirect technical help not sales the no is08704422288.

The number is on this site. Go 'Home' and select 'Search for an alternative number'. A Google of "micro direct" 0161 throws up some results.

the geo number listed is not technical help but retail sales. as I have tried it. :(

The website address is www.microdirect.co.uk

Googling brings up some results, but a check on the Internet Archive gives us more information, including the number for technical.

Put in http://www.microdirect.co.uk/pages/contacts.htm into the Archive, and you get the contact page with geographical numbers on, and later the same page with 0870s. The numbers found are as follows:
  • 0161 248 4848 / 0870 444 4456 - Retail Sales
  • 0161 248 5959 / 0870 444 4432 - General /Sales Fax
  • 0161 248 4949 - Corporate /Educational Sales
  • 0161 248 6606 - Corporate /Educational Sales Fax
  • 0161 248 5050 / 0870 444 4644 - Trade Sales
  • 0161 248 5353 Number changed to 0161 6050649* / 0870 442 2233 - Customer Returns Support
  • 0161 248 4545 / 0870 442 2223 -  Accounts
  • 0161 248 5656 - Accounts Fax
  • 0161 248 7979 / 0870 444 4554 - Despatch & Stores
  • 0161 248 5151 - Goods In
  • Technical is now Email/Online support form ONLY

I haven't tried these numbers, so let us know whether they are any good and whether they are what I have identified them as. I haven't added them to the database on this site either.

Judging by the pattern emerging, it looks like their numbers follow the pattern 0161 248 4848, 0161 248 4949, 0161 248 5050 etc.

FYI, the geographical number for 'Customer Returns Support' appears to be wrong.

Just placed an order with Micro Direct with the number above,0161 248 4848,had no problems  :)
