I would like to know what telephone providers can be used on a cable line.

The companies that i have so far are

Call18866
1899
First Telecom
One Tel

Do you know of any others?

I'd have thought all of the dial-through providers would be available too.

Like Telestunt, Telediscount, Ratebuster, Telesavers, CheapestCalls, DialAround, Budgetcom, Simply-Fone and many others .........,

I would not think there would be many exceptions. all of those with dial-up codes should be available, but probably not other cable competing companies like NTL or Telewest?

You would probably be limited for CPS providers though.
