Well the 0845 number must be an improvement on the 0870 published in their website, please add it to the numbers in this site.

In the meantime The Kennel Club seems to use lots of 020 7518 10XX numbers (that google again ;) ), might any help?

I've tried numbers 020 7518 1000 to 55, most of which ring unanswered.

I decided to try the Aylesbury numbers. It turns out that the general Kennel Club number, 0870 6066750 is [glb]01296 390600[/glb] (as per the entry in the database).

After all that searching, I found that the PetLog number (0870 6066751) is [glb]01296 390601[/glb], and I had spent all that time searching the 020 numbers!  ::)

Does anyone have an alternative number for 0844 4633981 that is not constantly engaged 24//7 such as 01296 390600 which used to be their main switchboard number and answered by a human being please?

But they appear to be breaching the recent  Consumer Rights Directive which requires them to display one for customer service purposes.

Every time I call their number it is engaged. The number listed on their website is 01296 336579.

Just tested  01296 336579 it works ok.Recorded announcement answers as Petlog..

The website https://www.petlog.org.uk/contact-us/ has been updated to show the above contact number. But it does show incorrect info on the price of calling the number.
EG: For all general enquiries please contact us on 01296 336 579 (Calls cost an average of 2p per minute from a BT or equivalent landline).) :o

If four out of five people are calling using an inclusive allowance and one out of five are paying 10p per minute, then the average price is 2p per minute but this is a completely meaningless figure for anyone who is about to make a call. Depending on the caller's chosen price plan they will pay either nothing or 10p per minute. No-one pays 2p per minute.

Plus the call set up fee /connection charge if they dont have inclusive minutes. EG BT 17.07
