Hi there!

I am looking for a geographic telephone number for the following:

Capital One Bank,
P.O. Box 114,
Skipton,
BD23 1XP

Tel: 0845 6004111

This particular section deals with savings accounts and fixed rate bonds. All the other telephone numbers that I have, are for credit card accounts and they require you to enter your account number on the telephone key pad.

Any offers of assistance would greatly be appreciated.

Have you tried entering the sorting code and account number?

Says he optimistically? But it might be worth a try.

The account number was entered in and you get a warning to the effect, that it is not a credit card account. Please re - enter your correct card details, are the words.

The number on the back of my credit card statement (which might not be suitable) is 0115 993 8002, but you can call them free of charge on 0800 952 5150 for existing credit card account matters.
