I know there are Transco numbers in the database. But I can't see this one. It is the automated line which tells you who supplies your gas.

Any ideas what the real number is?

Britisg Gas gave me this number 01452 307307....but they tell me to call the 0870 automated meter ponit reference line. >:( >:( >:(

It is 0870 608 1524

i tried this number today 01452 307307 thay put me over to the alltomated line with no problems :)

Resurrecting an old thread, we are now in 2022 and Cadent Gas still gives out the above number (with NO call charge info) for the M Number Hotline, which is operated by Xoserve. Searching through my e-mails I complained to them in 2017 and never got a reply, so I have, today, sent a new complaint.

Let's see what happens
