I have tried google and a few other to crack this one - to no avail. They have various different numbers for different services. The number listed for me is

0845 246 8164

Can you help?

Am I correct in assuming you want to contact Direct Line because you already have a loan with them?

Well I'm glad to see your crystal ball works, because mine just comes up with all the numbers listed in the database for Direct Line. ::)

What product and department is it for? Please give us a fighting chance!!
