Anyone have any ideas as to how to contact these people?
Took my money on the 27/04 - nothing delivered and only one generic response to the emails I have sent through their customer ' support' section of their website. 2 weeks! has to be illegal surely!

Any help would be nice.

01962 853 488.Have you tried this, it might be someones direct line.

The listing shows

But when I tried both the 0800 and the 01942 numbers I just got a message saying they don't do phone calls and to contact them electronically - then it hung up.  I assume the 0870 number would be the same.

I know this is an 0870 number,  but the geographical eqiuvalant as per the DB didn't want to work (Could be me though). Puts you through to marketing, if you give them your problem, then they can put you through to a CS supervisior, who can actually do something!

Added to the DB as an unverified number (The 0870 in the freephone bit :( ), hope it proves useful to someone :)

I have joined your post onto the end of the existing thread on Dabs. As you can see, they removed "official" contact by telephone (whether that be 0870 or otherwise). I have removed your entry in the database as there is an existing one.

I discovered that Dabs operate a range of 0870 numbers and that they relate to geographical ones as follows:

0870 4293*** = 01942 853***

So the alternative to the one you quote is 01942 853700. If that number is no good, then that's not because it's not the right alternative, but because they insist on not speaking to customers on the telephone.
