Hi sorry if this has been asked before

Does any one know when 18866 collect their fees? Been with them since 4th of last month and still not been charged what i owe

Hi, I think they wait until it's worth collectiing, i.e. more than £1.00. I have paid one payment so far in three months.

Last year, my bills were every 2 months but that's slipped to 4 months now (27/12/04 and then 27/4/05).

Thanks for that  :) I’ve only been using them since last month. Thought they would have taken their money every month, like everyone else does. Makes sense to wait till it’s worth collecting.    
   

I'm pretty sure I read somewhere in the T&C's that any amounts under £5 are rolled over to the next month, and collected when you owe them £5 or more.
