Anyone know of an alternative number to 0871 222 1966 for their helpline.

Can't find anything under Company or Number search

Thanks bigjohn, yes I should have added the address, sorry about that.

I had a different 01628 number but an automatic voice directed me to the 0871 number, it's the right company however.

The 01628 580154 alternative listed now plays a message saying it has changed to 01494 956388. I'm unable to verify if this works yet as they still aren't back after Christmas, but I'll let you guys know when I find out.

Got through to them, but all they do now is give you the 0871 to call, or ask you to email. >:(

All they would tell me is Technical Support is "Based Somewhere Different"
