I phoned another surgery in that area and they gave me 01483 764871, which goes through to the Health Visitors at St Johns Healthcare Centre!  

I then tried the Woking Primary Care Trust, who gave me 08444 778759.  I explained that I could only dial regular landline numbers and they then gave me 01483 723451, which unfortunately directs you to the 0844 number!

have tryed to find another number so far no good but have you tried the Freedom of information act 2000 [url]     www.foi.gov.uk  or [/url]  www.foi.nhs.uk/practice/        good luck     :)

Thanks for the help. I contacted the Surrey PCT 'Head of Corporate Affairs' as she was listed as the contact for FOI but no help there.

I thought it was a criminal offence to fail to respond to a written FOI Act request.

I emailed them, I did get a response, but she a) couldn't find one or b) couldn't be bothered.

Then a complaint to the commisioner is required she has to justify not responding with the information you require - otherwise she commits an offence.

She cannot just fob you off and should not be allowed to.

The response was basically 'we only have 08444 778759'
