Can't find any geographic number for The Art Fund, whose published number is 0870-848 2003. Can anyone help with this?

I am sorry about this.  I have done a Google Search while has revealed a geographic number for recruitment purposes 0207 225 4834, via an Elizabeth Davy, but I don't think this really helps us.  I couldn't find a standard access geographic number using Google, and my '192' drew a blank as well.

The full address is National Art Collections Fund, PO Box 2003, Kirkcaldy, KY2 6WT.

Finally, I have tried searching under Art Fund and National Art Collections Fund. They are the same organisation.

It looks as though the website for The Art Fund is www.artfund.org.

So the 0870 you are after is for membership enquiries? Well it's a PO Box, so the address isn't much to go on. The email address is a clue. A look at the website www.mgtlimited.com suggests that this service is outsourced. Their contact numbers are 0870 840 numbers, so The Art Fund's 0870 may well be supplied by MGt Plc as part of the 'service'.

A check of the Internet Archive yields nothing. Try either www.mgtlimited.com or www.mgtplc.com. They seem to have managed to protect their real geographical numbers.

I think the number we are after is an 01592 one.

0870 840 and 0870 848 are allocated to ntl Group Ltd. Ntl have no 01592 numbers.
