Have you searched under the name? There are a number of alternative numbers listed on the verified alternative number pages see under Co-op Bank.Possibly 01695 53760 is the one you require.

The number for Co-operative telephone banking is 0161 4747123

Sorry Helen but that number is ONLY for Domestic Telephone Banking and NOT Business Direct !
As I pointed out above, looking in the Unverified Number listing gives a number !!

However, the main trouble with it is that I'm unable to verify the number shown as it asks for the sort code, so I'm unable to proceed ! :-/

try 089299 as a sort code.
Might ask you for an account number afterwords though.

I quite often phone 08457 215 215 to talk to the Co-Operative Bank Business Direct Service. Since they went "automated" it takes minutes to get through. My local calls are all pre-paid so I resent paying for this. Anyone out there know a geographical number?
