If you look at the website you will see the fax no is 020 7371 5001.So there is a very good chance that the main switch is 020 7371 5000.Try this and let us know how you get on.

There is also a freephone number listed for complaints 0800 107 2001.They may put you through.If nothing else complain about the use of 0845,after all the call is free.

I am aware of what they they do,they have been around for about 4 years. Out of interest Mike why did you think i would be interested in what they do,or am i missing something that might help the NGN fight?
