I have found two Geo Numbers.

1. 01252 366 966
2.01372 472 200

The first one is an Aldershot Number,but the second is for there Milk Division.

Let us know how you get on.

Rummaging through my leaflet draw I found this

020 8660 1106 Deliveries in Surrey

Will give it a try as thats local to me

I found the first number bigjohn found. Type the post code into Google. Also, look up Dairy Crest on ThomsonLocal.com, there's quite a few entries. They look like different depots. You may find your local depot on there.

Another number for the address you mentioned is:  01252 366758

0800 615715 is no longer available. It is listed alongside 0870 600 6616.

I can find no alternative to 0845 606 3606 or the local Geographic numbers.

Ok, you say you are looking for a local geographical number, please give us an address with post code, as we don't know what you mean by local.

Thanks for letting us know. There is now a recording saying that 0800 615715 and, what was listed on SAYNOTO0870 as "complaints", 0800 317846, is "no longer available" and advises callers to ring 0845 606 3606.

0870 600 6616 is now totally out of service.

I have now removed the verified entry linking these numbers. Unverified entries remain as they are.

Thanks, sorry I was not clear.

I eventually managed to do my business on line and did not need to call.

In the process of research, I discovered the free 0800 was not working and reported it so this site may be updated, which I note Dave has reported doing very rapidly.

As it happens I have my local depot's geographic number, which I note is also listed, nonetheless thanks to sherbet for the offer of help.

You say your local depot's number is listed, but there are no verified entries for Dairy Crest. Perhaps you can let us know which it is so it can be promoted to the verified listings.

I see they maintain the rubbish that it's "local rates".

I have removed the 0870 600 6616 number from entries and replaced it with this 0845 number. All entries now have Milk&More in the title.

I tried this 0845 number and it has a menu to be put through to either Milk&More customer services or your local depot. As sherbert says, there are many depot numbers available on BT Phonebook.


As for the centralised customer service helpline, the address given on the contact page is:

Thanks for all that, sorry I did not search out the previous Dairy Crest posts.

I have followed it all but am bemused about the link to CPM which does not seem to relate directly to Dairycrest, possibly they are a call centre provider?

Anyway, it is not critical I have got the info I needed and it seems as if additionally others have updated the Saynoto0870 directory about Dairycrest.
