Hi I'm looking for a number for Firefly Enterprises.
They are an Internet Service Provider:

Tried the search options, google, Thomson's - nothing.

Any help appreciated.

I did a search and found an alternative address. Rang the number but no answer :'(

Just assumed that it was an old address or registered office.

Interesting......

I called another company that is based at Willow House and they gave me the main switchboard number to call for Willow House. Apparently it is a 3 storey building and each company has a Unit Number.

So, called main reception and they told me that Firefly moved out of these offices 3 weeks ago. Doesnt have a forwarding address or telephone number. Thinks they have moved to Hamilton.

You would think that they would keep the details up to date!

I just wonder if the Hamilton address that I posted above is their new address and they are just not fully up and running. Maybe worthwhile keeping on trying that Hamilton number?

I've also sent them a mail via their website - so we'll see if they respond quicker than they update their website!

Well, still no luck getting a phone number but after 2 emails and 2 weeks they are finally replying via email. Suppose that is better than no contact! :-/

Good that you are getting a response at last. Have you been able to find out if they have moved to Hamilton or do they reckon they are still at Willow House?

That's one of my many questions - now they are talking to me.
They have been my broadband ISP for the past 15 months and to date I've never needed to talk to them. With broadband costs coming down, I thought I should look at the options - but I wasn't interested in paying 10ppm to ring and find out!!

Their website doesn't give any info on switching packages for existing customers (no surprise there) and still shows Willow House as their address: http://www.fireflyuk.net/html/contact.htm

I'll keep this thread updated with progress.
