I'm looking to get my car serviced which I bought from Virgin cars. I have phoned about fifteen times and been told I was in a queue, even at off peak times.

An interesting fact that I discovered whilst looking for an alternative number, was that Virgin Cars address is exactly the same as DC Cook Direct. Unfortunately their 0800 6120200 call centre number does not deal with the same calls as it's kept separate from Virgin Cars.

Other companies from this address are Speedisave, Motor Solutions, Makro Motoring, and  Motor Manager. A couple of them are still under construction, but it looks as if Makro Motoring and Motor Manager could be involved with Virgins Cars servicing.

It looks very much that this could be a large call centre that has been set up over the last few years, in which case it could be using VOIP technology and you've got little hope, unless the number for the Servicing dep't is put outside of this call centre.

Keep looking for the giveaways like addresses & fax numbers to help us some more.  :-/
