contact number on Bank of Scotland bill for union cardholders states 0845 602 0219. I cannot locate this number in the main search or ther unverified numbers.

I have checked for 0845 300 0323 and have found a number to match this one but was told I should have rung the 0219 number.

If anyone knows of a 0800 or 01*** number I would appreciate the info.

Have you tried HBOS Card Services either
0800 0285337 or 0800 0321408.

BigJohn, thanks for the numbers. I can get through on either of those numbers but they keep asking me to ring the union number. They have dealt with my query so it is not urgent.

I rang 0131 5498050 from the database and asked if they dealt with UNIFI credit card, and was told that they did. ;D

You must have called the wrong number ! :-/
