It would be great if anyone knows the alternative of this number 0870 225 1055 which is the customer support of ISP Fast4. (The website is www.fast4.net)

An Internet Archive reveals they have been using 0870 for a couple of years.

I did manage to find out they have the same address as ISP v21 and GetFresh (apart of the v21).

A 192.com search gave a geographical for v21 as 01276 375 93.

Therefore, try 01276 375 93 (it was just ringing out at time I wrote this) and providing its not a household number then play dumb and ask them are they Fast4 as Directory Enquiries have just forwarded you on to them. If they try and give you their number (which near enough proves they are one and the same company) then ask could they transfer you as your calling from your mobile and DQ have forwarded the call which means you are paying a fortune.

You could also try a number nearby that one like 01276 375 90 or 01276 375 95, etc.

Let us know the outcome regardless because if it is v21 I'll add it to the database.

I tried 01276 375 93 on several occasions (on different days too) but no one ever picks up the phone. Tried 01276 375 95 too and was told it was a residential phone. :-X Had a look the websites you mentioned and the layout are similar for all three yet having different pricing. V21 gives £4.99pm unlimited dialup usage - cheaper than Fast4 by £2.99pm! I am switching to v21. ;D Will inform Martin (for uk money saving that fast4 is not the best deal). Thank you. :-*

www.flexi-surf.co.uk is another member of the V21 internet empire. They also use an 0870 number.................. And I have never managed to get the V21 Geographic Number to answer. They are my mum's ISP.

I think its fair to assume at the ultra low rates charge by V21 that their economic model does rely on the 0870 call income. Unlike Sky they do have some excuse.

Why not try logging a support issue in their customer area on the Fast4 website. In my experience they do reply to these and are actually quite good at fully resolving any issues. And logging support issues online with them is free.
