Brightview operates internet service providers freenetname, Totalise, Global Internet, Madasafish, IC24, and Care4free.

There is a thread with responses from Brightview in the Chat section here.

They are part of the Brightwell ISP group and share the same address. Try the main switchboard no
0207 665 3000. Do let us know how you get on.

Worth pointing out that number is Tech Support for Anytime and Broadband customers.

IC24, Madasafish, Totalise, Globalnet, Freenetname and Dialstart are among the ISP's they own. They also provide Net access to customers of Waitrose and other consumer brands.  ;D

Don't hold your breath on getting through to the Technical Support via the Brightview switchboard - they won't do it !

You'd be better off trying to find out who they put the support contract with then finding the number. As far as I am aware (I've been with FNN a long time) it's now located in India !  :-/

While you're at it, can we have an alternative for the Customer services number 0870 909 0586 and the PAYG Tech Support 0905 050 5209.

Any alternative seems to kept fairly close to the chest.  They don't accept international calls and so don't publish a number, unlike some others such as claranet.  I'd like to find a standard number to use with 18866.

So this is really a proper use for these numbers, whereby you pay for the ISP for the connection through the 0845 number.

Nevertheless, that doesn't mean that some geographical dial-up numbers aren't in circulation for some ISPs. See anyone know any ISP's starting with 01 - thanks and land lines for ISPs.

I have looked through your site and have been onto 192.com, to search for a geographical number, but with luck.

Any chance of getting a geo number, and placing it onto your site?

Thanks Dave M for the links, and info, but unfortunately as you have mentioned, Brightview (owners of Mad as a fish) are keeping the Geo number close to their chest.

One of threads that gave details on most ISP’s was interesting, but no Brightview.

Is there anyone out there who works for Brightview, and can give us the geo number for customer support?

192.com lists a fax number 020 7665 3074 which is close to the main number that ends 3000. So it could be a number near to them in the form of 020 7665 3xxx.

I am trying to find an alternative number for Madasafish Customer Services, based at 9-10 Grafton Street, London W1S 4EN.  The number they have given me to ring them is 08701601386.  Many thanks for any help anyone can give. :)

I called there 0870 number and it says they now have a new 0844 number (Well its cheaper at least)
