I got a card saying they could not deliver the parcel to me yesterday. The number they gave me is 0870 1545423.

Does anyone know the geographical number?

They appear to have an 0870 number for each of their depots.

What is the FULL address of the depot (including postcode)?

On the card I received, there is no address or postcode :(

My house is in Huddersfield. I checked on yell.com and 192.com and found the nearest office is in Leeds. However, when I rang the geo-number in Leeds (01132538226), the girl there asked me to ring the 08701545419 number :(.

Anyone knows the geo-number for it ???

192.com finds 2 entries, both with the above geo number. It also finds a fax 0113 238 1549, which still goes to a fax.

It also finds a fax of 0113 254 2290 which, when rung, says that the number has been changed to 0113 3878000. This is the number for Family Hampers!

It appears that the 0113 you quote is the only one, and may well have been the point of contact before the 0870 was put in place. This leads me to think that the 0870 goes to a call centre somewhere. :-/

Their service is really terrible. I was waiting at home for a whole day yesterday for my delivery but the delivery man didn't turn up :(. They said the parcel was still at the depot and was not on the van for delivery yesterday.

I tried to contact them several times via 0870 numbers but they always don't answer the call immediately. It always takes me about 5-10mins to get them :(

It seems that the 0870 call center is somewhere in Manchester (??). I don't know how to track down to get the geo-number.

They have a really bad customer service !!!
