I'm looking for a number for the above company's trechnical help desk, I have 0870 403 1424, the switchboard number is 0117 935 3500  but they won't put you through only give you the 0870 number

You gave us so little information to work with that it took me ages just to find the basic bits. Please try to provide us with more information if you want us to help you.

Apart from difficulty finding the website (you didn't say what QTAC do), even the 0870 was impossible to verify as it is not yet on their website, though I managed to get that information from their Customer services.
