I think I have checked all the lists, anyone have a real number for Tomtom Go the satnav people?

The manufacturer's website is www.tomtom.com

The contact page shows that they are based in The Netherlands. Have you purchased one and do you know if they have a UK office?

If they don't have a UK office, does the 0845 go through to The Netherlands?

Unfortunately, you know as much as me.  I found the number on the website.

However, my observation is that the line is diverted to a european destination by the sound of the ring. (I think.)

On the two occasions I tried the number, the recorded voice advised it was TTG but they were very busy and to try again later. Today (Sat) I was told the office is closed and then given opening hours.

Perhaps these are the only answer you ever get?

Try ringing the Amsterdam number. See if they will put you through.

I have searched for number for TOM TOM sat nav products . Product support but the only number on Google or this site is a Netherlands number. :'(

Q? is there a UK or Irish number.

Tom Tom give two English language contact numbers for customer support

a UK number: 0845 161 0009
a Dutch number: +31 20 850 1004

From an Option 1 BT landline to call the UK number will cost you 4p/minute daytime. To call the Dutch number need only cost as little as ½p/minute any time.  See:

There appears to be an 0845 or you can call them on their dutch number for less than a penny a minute.

Has anyone found a geographical number for Tom Tom UK, the Sat Nav people.  :-/

Hi there!

I recently contacted TomTom using the Dutch number, and you are put through to the English section of  TomTom.  They are based in Amsterdam.  I am not aware of a UK number.

The alternative for 0845 161 0009 appears to be +31 20 850 1004 as they are both answered with the same IVR (recorded menu). Whilst you can use a call provider such as 1899.com to call this number, there is a UK alternative number which is to ring the main Tomtom UK office number, 020 7387 5444, and select option 1 to be put through to the same IVR.  ;)

Also, customer services in different languages:

+31 20 850 1001: Dutch (also +31 20 850 1007/13)
+31 20 850 1002: French (also +31 20 850 1006/12)
+31 20 850 1003: Spanish (also +31 20 850 1009)
+31 20 850 1004: English - as option 1 on 0207 number

+31 20 850 1014: English (this number worked on a Saturday!)*

* The 1014 number was open for Returns for Halfords only and not for the public! The lady wondered how I got through!
