Does anyone have a number for TSB Trustcard Plus Points other than 0870 010 4055 I presume there office is in Southend-on- Sea

When I spoke to her she didn't sound like Essex girl and the reply came from Ilkeston DE7 0AE. Does this help?

Reviving a very old thread here, but 01273 799270 works.  You have to go through all the "key in your card number" & security stuff before you get to speak to a real person though, and then you have to ask to be put through to the Trustcard Points Redemption Dept.  If they offer to give you a direct line number rather than putting you through then decline, as they'll only give you the 0845 number again.  (The number they're using on my most recent leaflet, which is a year old now, is 0845 603 7132, so it's an improvement on the old 0870 number at least.)

And the woman I spoke to this morning said that the ONLY deal they do now is 10% off High Street Vouchers, which I think means the Love2Shop ones - so no more Argos, John Lewis or M&S discounts.  :(

I've had this card for a long time but I think I'm going to redeem my points (or most of them) and then cancel it, because 10% off at Argos & M&S was pretty much the only thing it had going for it IMO.

"We are sorry but the Trustcard product has been withdrawn. If you have any queries about your existing Trustcard, please phone our Customer Services team on 0870 010 6622. Lines are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Call costs may vary, dependent on your service provided."

...and on the database there is a verified alternative number for the 0870 number that Mainbass has quoted.

Got my leaflet through yesterday and it's not Love2Shop vouchers after all; the choice is now:
