Welcome James.

They offer an oversea,s (Eire Number) because they are based in the Republic of Ireland.It is in fact normally cheaper to phone Irish numbers using someone like 1899 only 3p connection and 1p a minute,then phoning a NGN.

However i have had a look round there website and found the freephone no 0800 376 7954.
