The quoted number for returns and queries at Dell UK is 087 0907 5406. Anyone know a geographical alternative? As usual, the staff either don't know one or have been instructed not to give it out. I've tried the guide and the numbers given for Dell, but none is for this department.

Why not try 01344 860456 and ask to be put through to returns.

Thanks; but I did - and was asked to ring the 0870 number on my email. Maybe I should try again!
