Please can anyone help
Does anyone have a non 09052,low call number for MESH computers software support line. If you ring it it's £1 per minute & normally lasts at least 10mins.

There are some numbers in the database for Mesh Computers and one down as tech support as being 0208 202 4795. Having rung this out of hours I get usual answer machine so either it is wrong or they outsource their tech support out of office hours only or all the time.

I suggest ringing the above number during office hours and if thats no use then try and find out if their tech support department is in-house or external (you could easily ask sales/reception this).

If tech support is in-house then it would mean trying some numbers in the range of 0208 202 4700 to at least ..4795 or maybe higher.

If tech support is external then this makes it a lot harder to find a geographical.

What phone number do you have?
What is their address?

Whether they will put you through to software support, which is a £1/min number (0905 235 6600), is a different matter, you'll just have to try. They will probably say that the premium rate phone finances the support activity. Did you know about the premium rate number before you got involved with Mesh? If it is in their publicity material (it is certainly on their website) there is nothing to complain about.
