I have received the reply from First Telecom:
" Thank you for your email please use the following telephone number 01452 872 821. If you have any questions please contact the first:telecom customer service team: telephone: 0845 215 1639 address: first:telecom P.O Box 2087, Gloucester, GL4 3WS " I would strongly suggest that you dial 141 and then 01452 872 821 in view of this reply. Just as a matter of interest, does anyone know which countries it is impossible to call UK from using NGN's ?? ::)
