As you will appreciate their are numerous Toyota Service centres scattered around the UK.

Its possible that the 0870 number they use goes to a single booking point,or it might connect you to the nearest service centre to where you are calling from.

If you take a look at their website
www.toyota.co.uk    click on contact us(Bottom of page),then click on centre locator.you will be able to find all the service centres,and their geographical numbers.

You can also book a service through the website.

I have the geographic number for the dealership in Canterbury that I wish to use but they will not allow you to book a service directly with them - you have to phone the 08700 112216 number. Also you can only book a service on line and I need to book something else. :-/

katie  have just phoned the garage on 01227 764444 and a nice lady called sharmain put me into the booking line after i told here i could not dial the other number for booking a car service  untill a number can be found this is 1 way around the other number hope this helps let us know how you get on please. :)
