Just to let you know, I have found the actual number ofr SatEuropa Direct, a company who supply satellite equipment components etc.  The number 0845 130 3111 has a "menu" on it, which has 5 options.  All 5 options link to the same geographic number.  

When the line is engaged, and you call the 0845 number, you get a message saying "All our operators are currently busy dealing with customers".  (In fact, there is only ONE person taking all the calls.   When I asked the person yesterday what his real number was his response was "We don't give that out, because this number gets moved around".

Luckily I have the number now, and I have postred it on the unverified list. the geographic number of 0238 033 4258 bypasses the menu, and I can confirm that this number is correct.
