Who can tell me the geographical number of Royal Mail recruitment department (0870 240 1283)?

The personnel number. Outside agencies use this number, to speak to personnel. Also, current staff needing to speak to personnel. When I called the number about 6 months ago, there was an option for something like "If you want to work for Royal Mail press 3"

The number is 0114 241 8890.

I'm not sure whether it then directs you to the 0870 number, or goes to the same call centre as the 0870 number. Let me know the result, and good luck with joining Royal Mail!!

I can't believe they are taking advantage of unemployed people like this. >:(

Have you tried the 0114 and 01246 numbers that were mentioned above?

Thx 0114 number is working. But the other number were not.

So the 0114 number is the recruitment line, but the other doesn't work?
